What This Agreement Covers
This Agreement governs your use of the Site and the Sticky Sitch service (the "Service"). The Service allows customers with appropriate relationships to institutions, businesses, schools, or other organizations to design and purchase custom merchandise that reflects that relationship. By using the Site and Service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights
Sticky Sitch respects intellectual property and requires users to do the same. All materials on the site, including designs, logos, and images, are owned or licensed by Sticky Sitch. You are granted limited rights to use these materials for personal or related purposes only and may not use them for commercial resale without prior permission. We reserve the right to reject any order that is deemed inappropriate or violates these terms.

Payment Policies
All prices on Sticky Sitch are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Payments can be made via credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway or via check or purchase order for qualified institutions. Processing begins once payment is confirmed.

Shipment/Delivery Times
Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days after production. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.

Returns Policy
Sticky Sitch ensures high-quality products and accuracy. Returns are accepted and refunds issued only if: (a) the items are materially flawed, (b) the printing quality does not meet expectations, or (c) the final product differs significantly from the submitted design.

Colour Matching
While we strive for accurate prints, we cannot guarantee exact Pantone or colour matching, as variations may occur due to fabric or design factors. We run our prints using CMYK presets.

Limit of Responsibility
Sticky Sitch is not responsible for transmission issues, delays, or errors caused by external factors like internet service or browser issues. We also do not assume responsibility for incorrect instructions or failed payment processing.

Disclaimer
The information on this site is provided "as is." Sticky Sitch makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the materials and disclaims liability for any errors, omissions, or issues related to the site’s performance or your use of it.

Indemnity
